WHEN TO SAY "WHOA"
Let's face it ― we live in a culture of stimulus overload, and the
internet is no exception. The products, services, or basic
tidbits of helpful knowledge we seek online are often buried under a
distracting downpour
of spinning bells and whistles ― features we may sense have been thrown
into a website
by someone only because they are
possible, not because they are needed ― or even suitable to
the content. Zumavi Design prides itself in
recognizing when slightly less can be much
more and sensing when the cartwheeling monkeys need to be kept at bay. We feel that restraint is nearly a lost art these days, and
that a bit of
moderation
(while retaining all the important features you need)
can go a long way in appealing to an audience navigating a sometimes
visually chaotic medium.

IMPRESSIONS MATTER!

design that can make a website resemble an obscure tax form more than the
inviting flyer or tastefully arranged store window that it could
have been. A tax form
might be fitting for the filing of taxes, but is much less pleasant
as a venue for widely promoting the strengths and aesthetic
character
of the products or services you offer.
There are countless ways in this world to be direct without
being punishingly tedious. With this in mind, we strive to work with your small business

fashion a

compelling,
intuitive web experience for your
audience, not a bureaucratic riddle!

"
Zumavi Design's great technical skill in web design is
complemented by a strong aesthetic sense. The ingredients have
been put together in a way that is not only user-friendly, but which
is also pleasing to the eye. The result, for me, is a site
that I am eager to have friends and potential clients visit."
